Service Solution Department
Working closely together with Mitsubishi Electric Mobility’s automotive equipment business, as well as the product quality Division of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Thermal Systems, Ltd. (MTH) automotive air conditioner business, we engage in aftersales services for vehicle-mounted products.
Aftersales services are conducted in accordance with Mitsubishi Electric Mobility or MTH’s technological standards. The network of the service outlets of exclusive distributers carries out diagnostics and repairs. The service network also provides aftersales services for our own brand products, contributing to maintaining the product quality and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Process quality control
Based on feedback on process quality from cooperative companies (e.g., details of defects, analysis results, and countermeasures), we work together with the cooperative companies to solve problems as swiftly as possible in order to prevent a faulty product from being put on the market.
Additionally, conformity is checked on a regular basis between relevant documents, including flowcharts and work manual procedures, and practice on the shop floor. We review revision history and improvements made with regard to problems in the past.
We perform annual checks on processes at all cooperative companies, as well as inspections on production lines when needed. -

-
Management of changes to products
We ensure that any change in design or manufacturing processes does not affect products and services to be offered to customers, by assessing risk following the changes and checking sample products. The same procedures apply to products that do not meet the required specifications but have passed inspection at the discretion of personnel in charge.
Development Tecnoplogy Department
We recommend autonomous delivery robot systems best suited to the internal environment of each hospital in order to contribute to work style reforms for medical professionals, including nurses and pharmacists.
We offer various services, including demonstration experiments and support for implementation, operations, and maintenance in business meetings.

Creation and issuance of requirement definition documents (RDDs)
In order to deliver the transportation required by customers, we put together necessary information and agendas to create RDDs for managing and sharing these items. RDDs should reflect the arrangements made between the customer, infrastructure operators, Mitsubishi Electric Mobility, and the Autonomous Delivery Robot Project, and be used to manage agendas and schedule.
